BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes
ECOSA carry out a number of BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessments. These assessments involve Phase 1 Habitat surveys and protected species surveys to assess the ecological value of a site pre-and post-development.
ECOSA also advise on innovative ecological enhancement measures and the protection of ecological features of interest to ensure that wildlife conservation remains an integral element of the overall environmental performance and sustainability of the project.
