Introduction to Ecological Survey & Assessment Limited (ECOSA)

ECOSA is an independent ecological consultancy, established in 1999 by Simon Colenutt. Our team is highly experienced in all types of ecological survey, ecological impact assessment, mitigation and enhancement works and is licenced to work with all species of bats, great-crested newt, dormouse, barn owl and white-clawed crayfish.

Over the years we have worked on a range of projects including wind farms, road and rail developments, large housing developments and waste recycling facilities.

It is ECOSA’s aim to work closely with public and private sector clients to provide clear and practical advice and present innovative solutions to ecological issues. ECOSA’s company management structure is straightforward and effective. The designated project manager liaises closely with the client to provide efficient, high quality services to agreed budgets and timescales.
