Project Ecologist

Izzy has a background in animal sciences, which has added depth to her ecological understanding. Her knowledge and experience are supported by her continued development within education and over three years of working for ECOSA. As part of her postgraduate studies she will be building on her research into bat ecology.

Izzy enjoys the variety of ecology and working closely with both wildlife and clients to reach solutions that are beneficial to both. She particularly enjoys bat detection and amazes the rest of the survey team by her boundless energy at the most anti-social time of night when carrying out bat surveys.

When not at work or studying she still enjoys the great outdoors with her hobbies including horse riding and snowboarding.
